Okay, so I decided to try and translate this pattern since I find it really pretty and everyone that has seen the poncho, loves it. Here goes nothing:
Black and White Poncho
design by Anne-Maija Immonen
Yarn used: Novita Isoveli black 200gr. and Novita Isoveli natural white 100gr. For those who live somewhere else than Finland, the yarn is 100gr = 130m and 10cm is about 15 sts and 18 rows.
Needles used: US 10 - 6.0mm circular needle.
Size: length - 49cm, hem - 138cm
Create 196 sts in black. K 5 rows. Start the chart. While knitting the pattern, start decreasing.
First decrease at 30th row *k2tog, k2*. repeat *-* until end of row = 147sts.
Second decrease at 49th row: *k2tog, k2, k2tog, 1k* repeat *-* until end of row = 105sts.
Third decrease at 62nd row: *k2tog, k1* repeat *-* until end of row = 70sts.
When you have finished the chart, knit the rest with black. 2nd row *k2tog, k1* repeat until 1sts is left on the row, k1 = 47sts.
Knit 4 rows with these sts and cast off.

If you find any oddities on the pattern, please let me know! I did not design this, all credit to Anne-Maija Immonen, I merely tried to translate it.
